One Time Consultation

Package includes a one-on-one one (1) hour consultation with the personal trainer of your choice, fitness assessment, dietary analysis, and a custom workout designed to help you reach your goals on your own.
Note: Personal trainer does not supervise workout delivered.

  • Fees: $35 Member, $60 Non-Member
1-on-1 Personal Training (30 minute Sessions)
  • Six sessions $150 Member, $240 Non-Member
  • Ten sessions $215 Member, $315 Non-Member
  • Twenty sessions $400 Member, $600 Non-Member
1-on-1 Personal Training (60 minute Sessions)
  • Six sessions $300 Member,  $480 Non-Member
  • Ten sessions $430 Member,  $630 Non-Member
  • Twenty sessions $800 Member, $1200 Non-Member
Partner Training  (60 minute Sessions)
  • Four sessions $140 Member,  $190 Non-Member

Weight Loss Package

Package includes a consultation with the personal trainer of your choice, fitness assessment, dietary analysis, and twelve (12) 30 minute 1-on-1 sessions with your trainer. Designed for those serious about weight loss.

  • Fees: $275 Member, $400 Non-Member
