Les Mills Fitness Program


BODYPUMP™ is THE ORIGINAL BARBELL CLASS™, the ideal workout for anyone looking to get lean, toned and fit – fast.

Using light to moderate weights with lots of repetition, BODYPUMP gives you a total body workout. It will burn up to 400 calories. Instructors will coach you through the scientifically-backed moves and techniques pumping out encouragement, motivation and great music – helping you achieve much more than on your own! You’ll leave the class feeling challenged and motivated, ready to come back for more.

MWF 8:45-10:00 am

M 5:00-5:45 pm

W 5:00-6:00 p.m.


Come and check out our fantastic virtual studio! Our virtual series, with 11 different classes offered over 56 hour throughout the week, Monday through Saturday, is a great way to get fit if our group class schedule doesn’t fit in with your busy schedule.

So what is virtual? It’s Les Mills on our Big Screen. Les Mills virtual workouts are pre-recorded classes that are of cinematic quality. These classes combine world-leading fitness programs with pumping sound and motivation from some of the hottest instructors on the planet.
